Midhurst Community Hub
Midhurst Community Hub has two strategic aims. To enable independence through its Advisory service helping people with issues including debt, benefits, housing - eviction, damp/mould etc. To Build Community by convening Midhurst Community Forum in twice yearly meetings of local statutory and voluntary organisations serving the area, and developing projects supported by the participants. The projects include: Midhurst Community Lunches - free weekly lunch with an average of 45 guests per week. In Touch telephone befriending service. Work Connections helping those on the margins of the labour force needing help in returning to work and Primary School Uniform Recycling project - free, laundered, repaired clothes. We are all volunteers; no one is paid.
