Haslewey Community Centre
Haslewey Community Centre is a registered charity at the heart of Haslemere, welcoming over 1,000 local residents regularly and providing vital services that reduce loneliness, support wellbeing, and strengthen our community. We offer affordable counselling, a community café, fitness and wellbeing classes, a Post Office, social activities for all ages, and flexible spaces for local groups and charities. Any money we generate is reinvested directly back into the centre to support our services and keep Haslewey thriving. We are looking for a volunteer Treasurer to bring financial insight, reliability, and a collaborative approach to our Board of Trustees. You don’t need to be a charity finance expert — but experience in accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, or financial oversight would be hugely valuable. As Treasurer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Haslewey remains sustainable, transparent, and able to support the community for years to come.
